About This Project

This spacious 9,680 sq. ft. the building will be host to 11 commercial use bays that will be used by various tenants for machinery repairs and storage. The owners of the property are hoping to one day have 8 buildings on the site, and decided to start with something simple.

As seen in our additional projects, buildings 2 and 3 are in progress and are scheduled to be constructed within the year.

Construction of this project began on September 19, 2016, and is scheduled for completion  October 23, 2016.
